Have you had a productive day?

Sound off!

814 words and complete on Project Two. I'm taking the rest of the day off.

Tomorrow starts Project Three.
622. Felt like a right moment to stop tough, not to mention the time of day it is (late ;)
Oh, and it's 622% better than yesterday. Or is it 621% ? :D
Congratulations. You can normally tell it is time to call it a day when your head hits the keyboard for the second time.
1039 new words added to The Hack. Its all downhill from here and it is going to be a bumpy ride.
I only wrote 513 words. That's about all the brain power I can spare for it today.
425 and I'm toast. Instead of beating myself up, I share this with you:

There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium, and be lost. The world will not have it.

It is not your business to determine how good it is, nor how valuable, nor how it compares with other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours, clearly and directly, to keep the channel open.

You do not even have to believe in yourself or your work. You have to keep open and aware directly to the urge that motivates you.

Keep the channel open.

That is lovely. I like it.
I have this posted up right next to my computer monitor, lest I ever forget why I write in the first place. :D
O.O
I thing I need a little less-Friday-y brain to process it, but those are wise words. *nods*
De nada. Realistically, sanely speaking, it will probably be nada tomorrow as well. Mock me, mock the U.S. government. Mock both of us, really, we deserve it.
